Beauty of Fresh Flowers
My Target basket is filled with flowers
today! One of my New Year’s resolutions
was to always have vases filled with fresh arrangements, either purchased or
picked from my yard. During the growing
season, my neighbors will put their extra flowers, cuttings, and fruit on the
curb; the sign will read, “Free, Take, Share”.
I love it; we always have fresh Meyer lemons, un-bloomed orchids, bulbs
and a mix of fresh flowers. The flowers
on my Google page are from the local farmers market. Something about fresh flowers bright up a
room.
Enjoy the day, stop and smell the roses!
